The beloved servants of Allah have the power of intercession
Verse 28: “and those whom they worship beside Allah have no power of intercession exceptthose who bear witness to the truth knowingly.” (
). Meaning Prophet Isa andthe Angels Alaihimus Salaam.From this verse, Allah has called his servants as the ones who posses the power of intercession and dining the term ‘those who have taken the covenant’ have shut the dirtystatements of
which stated that there is no speciality about anyone in termsof intercession.Allah will give this power to whom He wishes.Verse 29: “And give not to the unwise their property you have, which Allah has made ameans of your living and feed them therewith and clothe them and speak to them goodwords.” (
The servants of Allah give sustenance to other people
Verse 30: “But if at the time of division, the relatives and the orphans and the needy come,then give them something too from it and speak to them good words.” (
The Angels keep the fighters firm and steadfast
Verse 31: “When your Lord was revealing to the Angels, ‘I am with you, keep firm theMuslims…” (
The Angels manage the affairs of this world
Verse 32: “Then they manage the affairs.” (
)This is the innate attribute (al-Sifat al-Dhati) of Allah Almighty.It is written in
Ma’alim al-Tanzeel Sharif:
“Abdullah Ibn Abbas RadiAllaho Anhuma has saidthat the managers of the affairs are the Angels. They have been appointed these tasks, whichAllah Almighty taught them. Abdur Rahman Bin Sabit has said that these Angels are four;Jibra’il, Meeka’il, ‘Izra’il and Israfil Alaihimus Salaam. Jibra’il Alaihis Salaam has beenappointed the winds and the troops, i.e. to drive winds and give victory/defeat to troops.Meeka’il has been appointed the control over rain and plantation, meaning to shower rain andto grow trees, grass and vegetation. ‘Izra’il Alaihis Salaam has been given the task of takingout the souls and Israfil Alaihis Salaam has been given the task of coming down to theseAngels with the commands of Allah.”
It is in a Hadith: “The Qur’an has several meanings.”
