The term of the contract will commence on or about January 15, 2009 and continue for a period of five (5) years through December 31, 2013 ‘The applicant, whose proposal is accepted by the Town, will be required to execute a management contract substantially in the form attached, which includes a yearly payment to the Town. Price will be a significant factor, but the Town is interested in obtaining services of the manager with the most advantageous combination of relevant experience, managerial capability, maintenance equipment, financial information in addition to price. PROPOSALS Proposals shall include both a “price” and a “non-price” proposal as follows NON C PROPOSAL Proposers are also to include a “Non-price” Proposal, including atiachments answering the questions contained in the “Non-Price Proposal” attachments. ‘The inelusion_of dollar amounts in this section will invalidate the entire proposal. The non-price evaluation criteria will include: I.
