 To develop a mixed-use affordable housing project forthe Seattle Housing Authority and be the first step inimplementing the redevelopment Master Plan of theneighboring Yesler Terrace Master Planned Community to thewest. The project’s sustainability goals are to become an EnterpriseGreen Community and meeting Evergreen SustainableDevelopment Standards.
