Thank you for making this elegant work of scholarship and foresight available to the public. As a practitioner of reform in the computing industry I have found that there are far too few works that take into account the economic and social fundamentals of the sector, but rather treat it as if (like Meidicine or Religion) it is a zone in which economics has to take a back seat. An excellent work, many thanks indeed
