Mayer, Acting Senior Advisor Ofce for Civil Rights Washington, D.C. 20201 In re Case No. 1-12-CV-219272 To the Clerk of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, Civil Division: This letter seeks to vacate the order of dismissal in the above-referenced matter, which was entered on May 25th, 2012, for the non-receipt of payment for reporter's transcripts, as the record clearly shows that, on May 3rd, 2012, an order waiving fees for such transcripts was granted. Accordingly, I am hereby requesting that the appeal be reinstated, and that the transcripts be prepared as requested. Respectfully yours,
