Date:Location:Address:Phone:RE: Proposal for permission to host an team excursion Cemetery & CrematoriumTo Whom It May Concern:I represent a small group of student researchers, in the field of paranormal studies.As part of our ongoing research, we have mainly coordinated our investigative efforts on historical sites, privatehomes and cemeteries.One of which we would be more than happy to provide references for. These would include:Including such places as:- Black Diamond Cemetery, Black Diamond WA. – City Council granted permissions 9/2007We seek permission for us to have access for 1 (ONE) evening, possibly more to compare findings if there aresome. it would be after regular gate hours, for a duration of 3 hours, from 8pm until 11pm, in order to conductthe following field investigation:1. Photography, standard and infrared, digital and 35mm, for location verification.2. Multiple small tape recording units, placed throughout the Fort, for documentation of our efforts.3. Multiple digital recorders, carried by the investigators, in efforts to communicate with the rumored spirits thatstill roam your Fort.4. Night shot camcorders/video cameras, in hopes to capture such noted spirits on our videos. We expect thisto help us with our paranormal research and understanding of the Spirit world. It will also establish basereadings so that we may be able to gauge when future readings are anomalous.3. A few other tools, such as flashlights (for obvious reasons), compass, humidity meter, and a small hand-heldelectric field sensing device, as well as our professional paperwork to record the steps as we go through them.Our research is dependent on clear weather, and will have to be postponed if fog, rain, high winds, snow or other inclement weather occurs on the set date and time. We will notify you of any cancellation, and if there isa need to reschedule, your permission will again be sought.We understand, and fully respect that we will be on private property at all times, and all due consideration willbe given, so that no damage come to any burial sites, mementos, or any part of your property. If throughaccident, or neglect on our part we do cause damage, we will repay your organization in full for the cost of repairing it.
