Cranes For OSX
The Bergen Group Dreggen/Techint contract foresees the supply of four cranes for twofixed platforms in Brazil

The Norwegian company Bergen Group Dreggen has signed a contract with Techint EngenhariaConstrução SA for the supply of four lattice boom cranes for two fixed platforms belonging to OSX. Theamount of the contract is estimated to be between US$ 10 million and US$ 11 million and the equipmentwill be delivered between the second and fourth quarters in 2013.

According to the Country Manager of Bergen Group Dreggen do Brasil, Suzana Sandoval, the
agreement represents a new cornerstone for the company in Brazil. “We are opening a new
Brazil,” said the executive. In the market, it is said that OSX could build 12 other fixed platforms, which
would demand new cranes.The deal with the EBX group company was not the first one involving the provision of cranes on the partof the Norwegian company in Brazil. In March, the Bergen Dreggen group closed a contract withTranspetro that called for the supply of 12 cranes for the Petrobras subsidiary.
