De cualquier manera, la velocidad con que actualmente acontecen los hechos y la realidad se transforma, nos toma por sorpresa a todas las generaciones. En trminos de cambio climtico, por ejemplo, los efectos que se esperaba que podran ocurrir en el mediano o en el largo plazo, hoy ya son una realidad tangible, con la cual convivimos a diario.
