was selected the Pacific Coast League Player of the Week for June 11-17, the league officeannounced today. Wilson batted .500 (12x24) with 2 doubles, 4 home runs and 8 RBI over 6games during that span, leading the Rainiers to 5 wins over the club’s last 6 games. The 28-year-old led the PCL in home runs, on-base percentage (.571) and slugging percentage (1.083), wasT2nd in extra-base hits, T3rd in runs (7) and hits, and T4th in RBI. Wilson turned in 3 multi-hitgames during that stretch, including a season-high 4-hit effort at Salt Lake on June 13 that saw theoutfielder hit 2 home runs and produce 3 RBI in Tacoma’s 14-10 victory over the Bees. The Tulsa,OK belted a 3-run home run and collected 3 RBI in Tacoma’s series opener at Sacramento on June14, then went 3x3 with a home run against the River Cats the next night on June 15.
