How this Handbook can help you master the challenges of life The Whole Person Handbook is designed to help you see clearly those aspects of your life in which you are strong and competent and those aspects that most need your attention. The Handbook then displays, in an easily understood form, your strengths and weaknesses, and then supports you in turning your weaknesses into strengths, so that you become a master in the art of living. Through devoting some time and effort to developing yourself where you most need it, you begin to grow into a whole person a person who is strong, confident, peaceful, loving and courageous, a person who has mastered the challenge of life.
