Creating and Planning a Conscious LifeTime Analysis Worksheet
Directions for use:1. Choose three days to fill in the worksheet. One of these days should be a day during your weekend.2. Write down the activity you are doing, the level of importance from a scale of 1-5; 5 being thehighest.3. If you need to add extra time because you begin your day earlier and end it later - do it. Begin fromthe time you wake up in the morning until you are ready for bed. This will help you determine yourcomplete time efficiency and where changes will need to be made.4. In the area for comments, make a notation about any interruptions or anything you believe will helpyou be more efficient when reviewing these worksheets.5. Once you have completed the three worksheets, find some time to review them and see where youare wasting time, when your most productive time of the day is, who causes interruptions, etc.6. Use these discoveries to help you plan a more productive second half of the year.You can do it
