    31 Dive Play

    Shaded circles=Ball carrier

    Fullback takes quick handoff, gets what he can get through the left side Center-Guard gap

    44 Lead/Iso Play

    The fullback leads into the hole and is isolated on the linebacker. The tailback takes the hand-off and follows.

    48 Toss Play

    = Toss of football to running back The QB tosses the ball to the tailback. In this example, no linemen pull, but the fullback leads the tailback outside and blocks for him.
