For an agreement to be considered final for keeping a park open, it must besigned by both the District and the Director. Some agreements, operating andconcession agreements, also require final contract review by the Department of General
Services. Donor agreements require only the Director’s approval.
This list reflects those parks where the Director has signed off on the agreementand the agreement is final
