•
The proposed operating hours are within Council's policy on hours of operation for liquorprimary establishments.
•
The proposed liquor primary license is to permit liquor to be sold and consumed by Commissioned Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers, civilian members, public serviceemployees, and their guests only.
•
There is little expected community impact if the application is approved. By-laws & LicensingDivision has indicated no concerns with the proposal.

RECOMMENDATIONThe Planning & Development Department recommends that a date be set for a PublicInformation Meeting in the form of a Public Hearing to solicit opinions from area residentsregarding the proposed liquor primary license at RCMP "E" Division Headquarters, with liquorservice hours of:

11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday; and
•
