Summer 2012 CIEH Level 2 Award Food Safety for Catering Do you want a valuable qualification to add to your CV? Do you want to increase your options for part time work during your University years? Did you know that if applying for work handling food in any caf, takeaway or restaurant, you may be asked if you have Food Safety Certificate? South Holderness Adult Education Centre are offering this valuable course free of charge to all 16-18 year olds. Day One: Friday 27 July, 10am to 3pm, with 30 minute lunch break (bring packed lunch) Day Two: Saturday 28 July, 10am to 2pm, with 15 minute refreshment break
