7-13-15(Supp.2011).9.TheprimaryelectionsfortheDemocraticandRepublicanpartieswereheldonJune12,2012.10.ThenewSouthCarolinaSeventhCongressionalDistrict(DistrictorOffice)includesallorportionsofHorry,Georgetown,Florence,Marion,Dillon,Marlboro,Chesterfield,andDarlingtonCounties.11.TheSouthCarolinaRepublicanPartyStateCommittee(RepublicanCommittee)certifiedtotheSECnine(9)candidatesseekingnominationastherepublicancandidatefortheDistrictintheNovembergeneralelection.12.NocandidatereceivedamajorityofthevotescastfortheOfficeintheRepublicanPrimary,andtherewillbearunofffortheOfficeintheRepublicanPartyprimaryonJune26,2012,asrequiredbyS.c.CodeAnn.
