2.Domainnametyposquattingisawell-knownformofcybersquattingthatisusuallyusedtocapturewebtrafficwhenanInternetuseraccidentallymisspellsalegitimatedomainnameinhiswebbrowser.3.Inthiscase,theDefendantregisteredtheInternetDomainNameGIOCONDOLAW.COM("theInfringingDomainName")tointentionallymimicthePlaintiffsdomainnameGIOCONDALAW.COM.4.UpondiscoveringtheDefendant'sconduct,thePlaintiffutilizedRPost®RegisteredE-mail®tosende-mailstotheaddresses:INFO@GIOCONDOLAW.COMandJOSEPH.GIOCONDA@GIOCONDOLAW.COM.5.Bothe-mailmessagesappeartohavebeenreceivedbyactivemailboxescreatedbytheDefendantandcapableofreceivingsuchmisdirectedmessages.
