Then they were brought to SitioTan-awan in Carcar town, about 40 km southof here, where they were again molested.Marijoy's badly bruised body was found in aravine in Sitio Tan-awan a day after theabduction. Jalosjos case
199611-year old girl, rapedZamboanga del Norte Congressman RomeoJalosjos was found guilty beyond reasonabledoubt of two counts of statutory rape and sixcounts of acts of lasciviousness..The Supreme Court affirmed the lower court'sdecision sentencing Jalosjos to two reclusionperpetua.
