Summary
This study sought to determine the feasibility to obtain inoculated Pinus radiata seedling
with Boletus aereus by sporal methods of inoculation and different mixtures of substrates.
The research took place in the nursery at the Universidad Católica Del Maule where two
methods of inoculation were used: a sporal solution and dry inoculum, substrates were
perlite-vermiculite (1:1) and composted bark pine-perlite (7:3). The experiment was
stablished as a factorial analysis of variance for fixed effects design with three replications
and four treatments represented by the type of substrate combined with the technique of
inoculation. 75 Pinus radiata seedlings per treatment were inoculated, eigth monts after the
level of micorhyzal symbiosis by morphological analysis is evaluated.
According to the results it was not possible to establish the micorrización with B. Aereus,
however, was established with other species contaminants at a very low level.
