Inspectorshall
be

by
the
Secretary,subjectto
the
approval
of
the
ExecutiveOommittee.Thesepowersmayhoweverbedelegated
by
the
Executive
Committee
to
the
DistrictSPCA,
in
respect
of
all
or
any
of
thepostsintherespectivedistricts.

Method
of
Recruitment.
Recruitment
tothe
Jr.
Grade
Inspectorswill
be
ondirectbasis
100%.
As
regards
recruitment
to
the
Middle
Gradeand
Senior
Grade
Inspectors,promotion
to
the
respectivegradeswillbefrom
Jr.
Inspectors
and
Middle
Grade
Inspectorsbypromotiononseniority-cum-fitnesson100%basis.

QualificatioDs
forappoint:ment.
No
personshall
beappointed
as
an
Inspectorunless
he
haspassedthe
MatriculationExamination
of
the
Board
of
Secondary
Education.
The
candididate
mustalso
have
an
adequate
knowledge
of
animaldiseases,
comparablewith
the
Veterinary
CompoundersorStockAssistants,
and
shouldbephysicallyfitaccordingto
thestandard
laid
downfor
the
PoliceForce.
In
thecase
of
Inspectorswho
havealready
been
appointed,
the
condition
of
passing
the
Matriculation
and
StockAssistant'sCoursemaybewaived
provided
theypassatesttoshow
that
theyhaveaknowledge
of
animal
diseases
as
mentionedabove.
They
will
alsohavetosatisfytheExecutive
Committeethat
they
are
qualifiedas
perpara
