11.JusticesLewis,Pariente,andQuinceareeachcurrentlyservingthefinalyearoftheirrespectivesixyeartenus,andtherefore,theJusticesaresubjecttomeritretentionelectiononNovember6,2012,providedtheyqualifyforplacementontheballotinthemannerprescribedbylaw.Fla.Const.Art.V.
