To provide and to develop the adequate methodolgy to carry on the design and the planning of networks in an efficientway.-To present in an unified and integrated manner the impact of the different components that take part in theplanning of the architecture of the networks: Addressing and Routing, Network Management, Performance and QoS,Security and Availability and Fault Tolerance.- To identify requirements: from the userand from the type of service orused applications in order to evaluate the estimated flows among different locations in the network.- To propose themost appropriate technology in each case.-To establish pricing strategies to the services.- Analysis and evaluation of practical cases.
