Google Analytics (GA) is a free web analytics package that has proven to be highly flexible and user-friendly for both agencies and companies. The fact that GA is free often leads companies to believe that it is not powerful enough for them. Ironically, most of the large companies we have worked with have such nascent analytics practices that their requirements barely scratch the surface of even GA’s capabilities.
