guide to Pacific Gas and ElectricCompany (PG&E) requirements and policies
for establishing electric and gas service to
new

remodeled applicant installations.
In addition to the utility requirements,
local or state officials may stipulate additionalprovisions for the installation of equipment and materials
that are in their authorizedareas of responsibility and jurisdiction.Should you have any questions regarding this manual, please call your local PG&Erepresentative (see “Service Planning Contact Information” located in front of the “Table of Contents”).
 Applicant gas and electric service and meter installation arrangements are subject toPG&E’s review and approval.
 Applicants should contact their local PG&E representativesas soon in the planning process as possible.
