This research compares the Honeycomb design with the conventional terrace design in terms of housing infrastructure, number of houses, saleable land and green area in accordance with local authorities and regulations. Both types of layouts were designed on the same piece of land in accordance with the guidelines before
comparing them on the variables identified. From the analysis, honeycomb housing is not better in all aspects, yet still holding an advantage in saving cost.

compared with each other on the variables identified. From the comparison and analysis, it shows that honeycomb
