Suite Presentation Delle Quinte violin/piano 5 tracks The compositional structure of this suite is to respond to the first two

formal aspects, the first one: marked polyphony, where the two tools voices have their own life with a prevalence of the violin almost always prevailing in the soundtrack, like for example in the number two, the beginning of the melodic singing on the fourth string wants to be a return to the formal/academic structure, where the piano plays an underscore tone in acute area, with an impressive result. This continuously changing situation where the instruments are alternating the relevance of the story is spread across all five pieces of the suite. The second purpose is to be "teaching" especially for the violin, for the prevalence of the intervals of fifth, but not only, vice versa for the piano is necessary careful study in the attacks as a function of the story rhythmic / timbre, a game of different pressures for both, with the bow for the violin and the fingers for the piano.

The 4 Tales of Fedro Presentation for piano soprano/tenor In the Rome of the first century Phaedrus was a "freed", a former slave made free indeed, who was used to tell the vices and defects of its contemporary using the world of animals as a reference in the poetic tale, sometimes in the form of sharp irony. In my suite I wanted to point out the irony in the instrumental part, of course the story of the song. The work is meant for different voices "soprano / tenor" as the vocal range does not exceed a "ninth" with the apex more acute for the G to facilitate and highlight clearly the story. Singing is just sustained, deliberately, from the piano to bring out the vocal skills of the interpreter. SERGIO SALVANESCHI
