"What the mind of man canconceive and believe, it canachieve."
Napoleon Hill
Many of the world’s leading CEOshave personally strolled over thecoal bed and embraced theimmense power of the Firewalk.

Spider’s Web
The objective is to cross from oneside of the spider’s web to the other without touching the web.The gr oup must create a plan that takesparticipant physical abilityand size to lift, pass, and spot participantsin order to get them through.
 All Aboard
Group members must devise a way to share space on a series of low, nested platforms, ranging insize from nine square feet to one squarefoot. Everyone’sfeet must be off the ground and on the platform. Thegroup must hold this position for a prescribed period of time.
Floating Islands
The Floating Islands uses deductive reasoning tocalculate and construct a bridge with just two boards tohelp the team get from platform number one to platformnumber three. All it takes is balance and teamwork ...and did we mention strategy? If only one person makesit to the end then the task is not complete. Theentireteam really needs to pull together on this one to makethe end goal possible, as if only one teammember makes it to the end, then the task is not complete.
Group members must figure out how to move across astretch of ground while standing on aset of long beamswith hand ropes attached. When a team starts takingsteps in different directions, team members quicklylearn that being on thesame page is vital to thesuccess of the team.
A true trusting experience happens every time as youfall backwards into the crossed arms of your co-workersor friends. The Trust Fall relies on the strengths of manyto support the smallest or largest person. A straightbackwards fall without hesitation is the truemark of trust.
Board or Brick Breaking
What happens when we commit less than 100%? Manypeople live life in such a state and then wonder whythey lost the promotion they thought they earned or whythey are stuck in the Ruts of Life. Whether team mem-bers choose the one-inch thick board or the two-inchthick brick, the lesson of 100% commitment becomesimmediately apparent. The board or brick break isfeasible regardless of physical strength or martial artsexperience, but requires 100% commitment and followthrough. This is the mentality of success.
Low Rope Courses
In addition to a stronger team, enhanced communications skills, proble solvingabilities, and fun, your group will learn to cooperate and develop trust withinthemselves and others. The low-ropes course is characterized by its ability tocreate the need for group members to challenge their old ways of thinking andacting. Group members faced with challenging problems are required to takerisks, talk, and share responsibility to achieve a successful resolution.
