On 24th February 2012, we turned up in front of the Silesian Planetarium in Chorzw...

We all decided to take a commemorative photo because if the door opens the cosmos for us who knows what will happen next.

Walking around the Planetarium we can see theme and photos exhibitions. Who didn't see this place, should do it.

In the heart of the Planetarium we throw ourselves into "Alien's" arm Actually, it was a projector thanks to which we "flew" into the cosmos.

We saw things that are not visible in normal conditions, distant worlds were for the asking

Our meeting with the cosmos was devoted to WATER, strictly speaking to places where it was found. Unfortunately, that water was not useful for human being because it was found as an ice or it was too far to use it

Maps made by American radar on the Indian probe Chandrayaan-1 which examined the Moon depict that there are 40 craters from 2 to 15 km that include ice.

American satellite LCROSS detected the presence of steam. In October 2011 NASA carried out a controversial experiment: First of all, one of the element of the rocket Centaur hit the Moon's surface. It made a crater with a diameter of 20m and depth of 5m. The dust that was raised was analyzed by special research equipment S-S/C. The results are as follows: THE WATER IS FOUND!

Probe Galileo that was sent in 1989 by NASA proved that water in Europe, the moon of Jupiter, exist. Europe is covered by the layer of ice because of the huge distance from the Sun.

Satellite ISO detected steam in the atmosphere of Saturn. Then the probe Cassini-Huygens discovered the toss of water from Enceladus, his ice moon that was discovered by William Herschel in 1789. In 2011 probe Herschel confirmed that Enceladus tossed the water in the outer space. It is about 250 kg of water per second. Tossed water and steam form huge circle around Saturn.

It was known that huge amount of water is located on planet's ice polar caps. In 2011 the pictures were taken from the deck of probe NASA Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. They present the dribbling water on the craters' and canyons' walls.

Current record for the most distant galaxy belongs to the galaxy situated 7 billion light-years from Earth. Recent observations of the universe showed that the farthest known water is located 11 light-billion-years from us. To the research 100-meter radio telescope in Effelsberg (Germany) and VLA radio-telescope network in the United States were used. The galaxy MG J0414 0534 was observed. In its area indications of water were noticeable.

In 2012, thanks to the advanced space telescope Kepler, NASA scientists confirmed the existence of extrasolar planet that is present in the so-called ecosphere - the zone around the star, where there are favorable conditions for the life, such as water. It was called Kepler-22b. The temperature at the surface is 22 degrees Celsius. It is not known whether the planet is composed mostly of rock, liquids, or gases.

Before leaving, we took one more picture, in order to remember the visit. As you can see, some people tried their astronaut costumes on perhaps in a few years We will have "our people" on the moon :)

When We left, a stone Mikolaj Kopernik said goodbye. He looked at the sky, as if he want to find something there could he stop us for a moment ..
