[MEDTECH DAY REPORT, TPM COLLEGE 2O12] REPORT ON MEDTECH DAY

SUMMARY All the preparation was done by 28th March 2012. The most important part is exhibition and the activities plans on the day. The activities registration started on 19th until 23th march 2012. The activities are amazing race, science games, pop quiz and recycle contest. The total participates were 24 groups (4 of student each group). On the day, the event started by exhibition at lobby of TPMC from 9.00a.m. - 5.00p.m. The exhibition divided into seminar biotechnology done by student of subject BIO490 and the poster explanations by student of University of Ballart. The topic mainly based on science or biotechnology. The exhibition obtained good respond from the students and staffs of TPMC. The confirmation for the activities begins at 12:30p.m. - 2.00p.m. Participates are required to report themselves at the activities counter. After confirmation done, each team was given briefing on the activities by our activities leader.

Each participant is directed to assemble at designated locations: Amazing race & science games: Foyer TPM College Pop quiz: Class Room 2-7A Recycle contest(DNA Model) : Pavement of Foyer TPM College

All activity begins at 2.30p.m. The activities ran smoothly and ended before 4.00pm expect for amazing race, it ended at 4.15p.m. No injury was reported.

All the participants and staffs were gathered at the Student Union for the closing ceremony that done by Registrar of TPM College, Madam Azroul Liza binti Khalid.

The ceremony began with remarks from the master of the ceremony, Ms. Rina Hafizah and followed by a reading doa by Mr Luqman Hakim. After the reading doa, the ceremony continued by speech from the Programme Director of Medtech Day 2012, Mr. Sharilesh Subas Sendrabos and followed by closing speeches and launching the gimmicks from Registrar of TPM College, Madam Azroul Liza binti Khalid.

The ceremony continued by prize giving to the winners for the activities. It was completed by Registrar of TPM College, Madam Azroul Liza binti Khalid and accompanied by Madam Zaizuliana. The closing ceremony ended at 4.50p.m. The committee worked together to clean up the college.
