Review the pathogenesis of the disease condition and formulate patient-centered pathophysiology
Review the signs and symptoms of the disease condition with rationaleand identify specific signs and symptoms manifested by the patient.
Relate the assessed pertinent data, diagnostic and laboratory resultsand abnormal findings of the patient to the disease process itself inorder to give a clear picture of the disease condition
Identify nursing diagnosis from the collected data, formulate nursingcare plans, and perform nursing interventions and evaluation.
Provide health teachings to each medical management received by thepatient
