Part III

: Problems Encountered and How to Solve and Minimized It

In this past two weeks, I learned to work effectively. I only have a half day to record many data. So, I should figure out, which one that I should record first and which one that I can record it later in the office. I decided to record some data in client office and copy some document there, so I can finish do all tasks. In the office, there are many audit report prepared by us. We help each other to foot the audit reports. Like what I have done previously, I must calculate accurately and I also must make sure that the figures that have detail calculation stated in the different chapter are matched each other. While waiting for the audit report being reviewed by the partner, I file some supporting document such as audit confirmation reply in to the file. In the file there is index. The supporting document must be filed in the correct chapter that is suitable with the index. Indexing will help auditors in finding the document they need.
