THE DREAM OF EXILE
the wall of exile is no fully inac; i haswindows, cracks, splis, and holes. throughhese windows and cracks, Moshiachtzidkeinu gazes and waches. Moshiachsands behind he wall and eagerly awais and

SPEAK ABOUT MOSHIACHUNTIL THEY ARECOMPELLED TO SEND HIM
The reason why we constantlyspeak about the imminentcoming of Moshiach Tzidkeinuis because that is the fact; it is nomere dream! As discussed above, “allpredicted dates for the advent of Moshiach have passed and thematter is only dependent upon
t’shuva
, repentance,” and
t’shuva
can be done “in a single moment,in a single instance.” Thus,Moshiach Tzidkeinu comesimmediately, in reality! But even if Moshiach has notyet come, and even if EliyahuHaNavi has not yet come, wespeak about it again and again,at every
 farbrengen
– once,twice, even three times, which“is a
chazaka
, a presumedcondition.” We speak about theimminence of Moshiach even ahundred times, at which pointhabituation becomes habit, the person’s nature (see
Tanya
Ch. 15) (“second nature,” or“habituation becomes one’snature” period) – even a hundredand one times (see Chagiga9b,
Tanya
Ch. 15; see
 LikkuteiSichos
Vol. 26 pg. 208, note 45). And if, G-d forbid, Moshiachdoes not come tomorrow oreven by today at Mincha time, we shall speak about it yet again, until they will be pestered to sucha degree (“nudged,” as peoplesay) – both below and likewiseOn High, as it were – that itactually brings about the adventof Moshiach!
“MORE THAN THE CALfwANTS TO SUCKLE, THECOw wANTS TO fEED”
This is especially the caseinsofar as the “cow” is moreconcerned about it than the“calf” (ala “more than the calf  wants to suckle, the cow wantsto feed” –P’sachim 112a, end),as it is written: “‘G-d, your L-rdshall return your returnees’ – itdoesn’t say ‘
heishiv
– return[others]’ but ‘
 shav
– [
He
shall]return,’ teaching that the Alm-ghty returns with them, among the exiles.’” [That is tosay that G-d Himself is anxiousto bring about the redemption, for until that time, He suffers, asit were, (along with the Jewishpeople, His chosen nation) inexile.]So too with regard toMoshiach, “Behold, he stands behind our walls, observingthrough the windows, peeringthrough the cracks” – Moshiachstands behind the wall andeagerly awaits and looks, wondering when will he finally beable to come! The wall is not fully intact; ithas windows, cracks, splits, andholes. Through these windowsand cracks, Moshiach Tzidkeinugazes and watches. Of course,[he does not suffice with apassive role, just observing, rather] Moshiach’s gaze has anactual impact.
CONSTANTLY SPEAKINGABOUT IT MAKES THE“DREAM” Of MOSHIACH AREALITY
At every opportunity wecontinue to speak about the“dream” of Moshiach (accordingto those who argue that exile is

real), for Moshiach Tzidkeinu isindeed coming. If there are still questions, then “The Tishbi [i.e., EliyahuHaNavi] will answer difficultiesand enquiries,” a phrase thatspells the acronym “

).Constantly speaking aboutthe advent of Moshiach actually brings about its manifestation inthe psychical world (below tenhandbreadths), “and he shall fly
with the clouds of the heaven
,” which is the ultimate dreamMay Moshiach comeimmediately, on this Shabbosand in this

, and weshall

together with him,T’fillas Mincha of Shabbos in theThird Beis HaMikdash, “withour youth and with our elders, etc., with our sons and with ourdaughters,” all the Jewish people, alive in this physical world.
(From the address of Shabbos Parshas Pinchas 5740, bilti muga)

Constantly speaking about the advent of Moshiachactually brings about its manifestation in the psychicalworld (below ten handbreadths).
