Lift lid and frame. Press tabs onthe Insert to release.
Follow these steps to install a refill liner for your Diaper XL:
Remove Insert.Lift out emptyrefill cartridge.Slide new refillover cartridge.
 
Return cartridge with curved sidetowards front of pail.Close frame.Snap Insert back into place.Pull refill liner downand tie a knot.Remove paper band.Pull up OUTER layer of refill.Pull liner down through themiddle of the cartridge.Cartridge
