Senior Mechanical Engineer: 01 post Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Report to: Maintenance Manager JOB PURPOSE: Support offshore mechanical team to carry out maintenance activities on BDPOC offshore mechanical equipments including but not limited to offshore cranes, turbines, diesel engines and pumps etc. in compliance with company HSE policy. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develop maintenance programs and maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment in conjunction with Bien Dong maintenance program. 2. Provide day-to-day Onshore Technical support and advice to offshore maintenance teams. 3. Review planned maintenance routines and carry out optimization studies within the mechanical disciplines to minimize the cost of maintenance whilst retaining an acceptable level of plant and equipment reliability. Liaise with maintenance team, offshore group, contractors and other departments as required to ensure effective/efficient delivery of the campaign maintenance plan. 4. Participate in CMMS-Maximo system development. 5. Ensure critical mechanical spares are available and stocking levels are correct. 6. Develop the mechanical equipment and spare parts specifications and services requirements for inclusion into the scope of works for the tendering process. 7. Support the commercial group during the development of the tender packages and in the execution of the tendering process. 8. Contract management of specified contractors. 9. All other duties as assigned by line supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2. At least 5 year experience working as mechanical engineer in oil and gas company. 3. Experience in using CMMS such as Maximo; SAP is an advantage. 4. Good English skills (Oral and Written). Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project 2. Rotating Equipment Engineer: 02 posts Work Location: Offshore Report to: Assistant Mechanical Supervisor JOB PURPOSE: Carries out day-to-day planned and corrective maintenance activities on assigned rotating and static mechanical equipment on the offshore installations. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for the reliability and availability of all rotating equipment in the PQP-HT. 2. Development of an effective maintenance an operational plan for rotating and static equipment, ensuring that all critical rotating and static equipment satisfies production requirements. 3. Monitors and advises the Assistant Mechanical Supervisor/ Supervisor on equipment running conditions and report any defects or deterioration of field rotating equipment.

4. Liaise with the Mechanical Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Onshore maintenance group and Planner assisting with implementing planned, unplanned, or project related maintenance activities 5. Maintain up to date, complete and accurate maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 6. Review spare parts inventory for mechanical equipment and make recommendations for optimization of that inventory. On an ongoing basis review the spare parts inventory and make recommendations for maintaining its effective status as operating conditions change 7. Ensure all works carried out according to and strictly follows company HSE policy. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. University degree, major in technical engineering. 2. At least three year O&M experience in gas turbine and compressor in offshore oil and gas installations. 3. Accept to work in rotation in offshore environment. 4. Experience in using CMMS such as Maximo; SAP is an advantage. 5. Good English skills (Oral and Written). 6. Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project 3. Maximo Administrator: 01 post Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Report to: Maintenance Manager JOB PURPOSE: Operate and maintain an efficient MAXIMO, with the aim of ensuring BDPOC facilities integrity through maintenance management and reducing the cost of maintenance by improving the efficiency of work carried out. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Act as a co-coordinator to work directly with contractor and BDPOC internal partners to complete MAXIMO Projects for BDPOC facilities under directions & advices of supervisors. 2. Act as local expert and system administrator for the Maximo; user registrations, assignment of security levels. 3. Assist Mechanical, E&I, Production, etc. groups in developing the Maintenance Master Data for new equipment. 4. Assist inventory personnel in revising the Inventory Master Data if necessary. 5. Assist inventory personnel in developing the Inventory Master Data for new materials. 6. Assist procurement personnel in updating the procurement data. 7. Liaise with Maximo Contractor and IT personnel to ensure change requests and bugs are speedily and effectively administered. 8. Assist the planner in planning for offshore maintenance & operations support activities. 9. Generate the Maintenance KPI Reports from CMMS. 10. Generate the MSR Status Report from MSR tracking file. 11. Track the input data quality to issue a monthly input data quality report. 12. Conduct the refresh training for MAXIMO end users. 13. Conduct the training for new MAXIMO end users. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1. BS in technical engineering or IT background. 2. At least two year- experience working as CMMS Administrator or equivalent 3. Good communication skills (oral and written English). 4. Experience working in oil and gas industry is an advantage. 5. Good English skills (Oral and Written).
