It is delicious and everyone who has tried it hands it down to friends family and neighbors. Coming out of the pot it is VERY hot in temperature. I often add half and half to a small amount about a cup and whisk it madly until blended then pour it back into the soup. This adds richness and helps cool it down a bit.
