I believe you have your facts wrong. He did win the popular vote, but he did not win the electoral vote. If he had, he would be president. You can come up with whatever reasons or conspiracies you like, but the fact remains Bush was elected president by the electoral college. There is no law saying the electoral votes must follow the popular. If you don't like the system, get it changed, but don't change the facts to push your agenda.
