America is awake even with the high price of diesel drivers still need to rest with a/c or heat when the temperature make it uncomfortable. Do you rest, sleep, or relax without either of those comforts when the temperatures are uncomfortable? Until anyone has lived in a truck then I do not belief you should judge or pass laws making it uncomfortable to rest. When you turn on your a/c and heat at home it burns natural resources and in most cases creates more pollution than any diesel engine could ever make.
