Salaam Alaikum Brother, Indeed the teachings in this manual are based on the "Shi'ite" teachings - I hope however that non-Shi'a can also read this with an open mind and heart and learn from it. Indeed we have 'differences' when it comes to the Jurisprudence of Islam, but there are also commonalities between the Fiqh of Imam Ja'far as Sadiq which the Shi'i follow and the four dominant Sunni schools of Jurisprudence. Me, as a follower of the teachings of Imam Ja'far as Sadiq can and do read Sunni works and would hope that others would also keep such an open mind.
