again arab whining... from the beginning Israel wanted to live in peace but the Arabs who now call themself Palestinians choose the way of violence and attacked israel with the intenet to exterminate them and got slaped back. since then they was offered numerous times peace offers and even a country by our side but they rejected it because they believe they can get more by the way of violence... as for development look at the comment below a pity full ignorant remark about the holocaust and same old whine of bully who got caught.
