i got this course back in febuary of 1983...it very well...had all but courses 7&8...(got lost in the mail i guess)...i used the course then just got out of the habbit of working out...now some 25 years later i got that middle age spread.lol...i look high and low can't find it anywhere in the house....can i order this course again....i think i paid like 20.00 25.00 dollars for it backk then...this course really works
