You cannot legislate natural born citizen status, a prerequisite of becoming POTUS. The status is given "at birth". The only way to change the Constitution is via amendment. This lawyer is wrong. Tribe and Olson had agendas and that has already been proven. They were hired by McCain in S.R. 511. Why do you think the bill didn't pass prior to this resolution? Because it was unconstitutional.
