om babaji.... im vijay lakshmi 32 years old. i hav dizziness problem over the past 4 years.... thingking that it may be related to hole in the ear i underwent ear surgery twice but hav 50% loss of hearing in the right ear... and my dizziness problem is still persisting.... even though i do anulom-vilom and other exercises i do not find any benefit. i am not able to bear even mild stress or strain on my brain, i immediately feel dizzy. im doing medical transcription job in chennai... my job nature requires mental straining and i am not able to do that... i took ashwagandha tonic for few days but bcos of its heat nature i could not bear it, it irregularizes my period. i cant bear very sharp noises and cant do my work fast like other people. i need to be very careful and cool while performing my jobs. plz suggets me the right diagnosis of my problem and treatment for this....
