I think you need to decide if you want to explain this situation as your experience or you and your boyfriend (top of 3rd paragraph ex. WE--plural--found all these behaviors unacceptably rude, particularly when directed at A CUSTOMER--singular-- who is considering such a large purchase.) Otherwise, looks good.
