My file I want to change is Hi I am michelle Eppel to my real page A voice for Victims. I am a rape survivor who walked my streets and raised 536 petitions for my new law where perpatrators of rape and molestation pay lifetime, longterm care for victims. This law as I testified about my own rape passed here in Illinois! They are getting ready to name it after me. This new law did not help me and I knew that because of time lapse it is my gift to victims! I am fighting State to State for this law to get your State. I have contacted every Coalition against sexual assault and they are wanting my new law. I had the help of Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault! They were wonderful and together we wrote the new law!
