i had to do a hardship on my ira to purchase a home i believe hard ship withdrawls should be forgiven. from penalities and intrest as well as taxes my circumstances were my daughter was diagnosised with hashimotos encephology had to have brain surgery she and my 3 grandchildren live with me and i am the only income supporting 5 the irs is killing me i may lose everything and it was my money i used not fair. just give us a break please
