where do I get help? I had a private small company that bought first mortgages, allowing the person to pay interest only on a balloon payment. This was esp. helpful to the person that had credit issues but would be out of the woods in 5 to 7 years...I had to close the business. Everything I made went right back in other than that which paid my home mortgage! Now what do I do? I had to close the business, I have no way to pay my house pymt. so I pay my other bills and keep the groc. and electric, now I've been served my 20 day notice to foreclose...where do I go? I get some alimony and part of ex-husband retirement..but I was a stay at home mom for 24 years....where do I go? If I made the house pymt. 3/4 of my income would be gone, I have no ins. anymore...
