shatteredmen, this is so absolutely true. I have been tossed in jail 4 times in four years for not paying. At the moment the first court was held, I was in debt 3000 plus. In those 4 years I have been able to see my kids TWICE because the so-called friend of the court was quick to enter a money judgement but not a word about custody. the system is failing and my children are paying for it. I am now being evict3ed from my second home in 6 months thanks to the money I didn't have in the first place going to the friend of the court.
