"IN ORDER FOR EVIL TO PREVAIL, ALL THAT HAS TO HAPPEN IS FOR GOOD MEN TO DO NOTHING". Where do we start? The inherent corruption in the Michigan Friend of the Court must be exposed now if we are to have any hope for our children, let alone ourselves. Last night I saw the movie "NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH", with Kate Beckensale, based on true events, about the corruption and malignant energies created to hurt innocent people and suppress truth and integrity. Please watch it! The movie is an excellent example of what goes on behind the scenes and may help to raise our consciousness to see the truth in our own lives. The HEALING, that can take place by taking a deeper look into the true nature of the relationship in marriages and divorces, is the alternative to the violence being practiced. I am the father of 3 children, was married 28 years. My divorce started in 2000 and is still ongoing. In 2001 a formal filing for divorce was issued by my wife. In 2002, they thought the outlook did not seem to be in their favor so they dropped the case and simultaneously opened another case to get a new judge. "Arbitration" was recommended by "my" attorney, only for my attorney to conveniently drop my case and later partner up with my wifes attorney! Blackmail, extortion, bribes, slanderous accusations and threats were used to coerce me to succumb to their predetermined verdict and then went on to "appropriate blame" on me with "due"punishment. My income was imputed to over 3 times what it actually was. I lost the project I was on due to my wife deposing my clients to appear in court. I lost my job and had virtually no income, but was required to pay anyway. My passport was taken from me and I was not allowed to leave the state of Michigan. My bank account was wiped out 2 times by the FOC and I was thrown in jail 2 times for "failure to pay child support". When I begged with the Judge and asked him what was I to do in this situation he replied on record with court transcripts; "I strongly recommend that you beg, borrow or steal, to get the money". As a result of their "judgment", I am without work, have no bank account, no passport, no health insurance, no car insurance, no registration, my rent is over 3 month past due, my truck is in "repo" status, my wages on my last job were garnished by 90%, my phone has been shut off, I have been convicted and charged as a "Felon", on my record. The second time I was put in jail I was "accidentally" thrown in a "solitary confinement" cell. While in the steel and concrete cell I noticed a small window in which the glass had been removed and a thick steel plate had been put in it's place. On that steel "window" a former inmate had written in soap these words... "WHERE"S THE LOVE ? " They say there are only 2 emotions, love and fear. Which do you think operates in the Michigan FOC ? A friend of mine said regarding change, "IF NOT NOW, WHEN?" My 8th motion finally went to then Wayne County Chief Justice Mary Beth Kelly. In her attempt to modify my support, the FOC did not heed the order. Mary Beth Kelly was latter forced to resign from her position as Chief Justice when she had attempted "to drain the swamp in the nightmarish friend of the court office".
