The problem with today's disjointed, dysfunctional real estate market can be pointed to a single, fundamental problem; None of the national real estate franchises provide the four mission critical marketing tools, products or services the broker needs to survive in today's online world of real estate marketing and sales. Anyone can consult and point out what's wrong with our real estate market. But if you're not part of the solution, you're just prolonging the problems.
