If Indonesian and Malaysian governments do not respect their rain forests perhaps it would be better to encourage palm oil industry to countries that are capable of regulating it. Mozambique and Angola desperately need new agricultural industry, they have the climate, they have plenty of land available and (Mozambique at least) are in the process of dedicating large areas to conservation.
